    If you're Elyos .. You can start it at Protector's Hall (downstairs) ~ I dunno the exact name of the NPC but you'll find it don't worry about that.

    your giving me the same link what ive searched,
    and the problem here is that they are making the 2nd part of the quest


    not the first...

    it says complete the sanctum quest!

    and the problem is that....all sanctum quest is linked to other places (most esp. in verteron)
