Donation Problem

Its almost been a week that i am sending mails to CARL Pm's to ALENTE about the Credits that i've PURCHASED but i ddnt recieve anything using DaoPay. Im not the only one who hv this prob. There's alot of players having this prob. And i know they're sending mails and Pm's like i do. But, i feel like this is problem is being Ignored by Carl or Alente. Like there is no POST about it. What i mean is why they dont make a thread about this prob, so any players that having this problem will calmdown and Stop QQing knowing that we have a chance having our credits back. We're like waiting for a SOLUTION that it seems it wud never happen. I've never read even 1POST about this matter that comes from either Carl or Alente. We're talking about real money here even its not that big. Please show us some consideration. Give us a little chance. POST some thread that we can still have the CREDITS. Or reply in one of our emails.. Pls? I hope u understand our feelings for this. :unsure::annoyed::unsure::annoyed:

 

Did you send them a PM with all the relevant information?
Like your recipt of purchase and your lack of credits etc?

They cannot do anything without prrof.
Also, which service did you use?

 

I did. All the information needed. I use Daopay. But then they're not even replied in any of my mails and Pm's.

i did send u the copy of my mail to them. now tell me if im missing something... Even 1 respond to my mail he dont reply... how's that being an admin of this server? <.<

 

It may take a few days for a response, as I can imagine there will be heaps on emails sent to the email address.

 

yeah few days... its been a WEEK. and i did mail him EVERYDAY like 4times a day! omg... i dont know if he's ignoring it or what... <.< and btw im not the only one having this prob. so why cant HE post a thread in forums let knowing us that we can still hv the credits. so i and those players hving this prob will calm down and stop QQing. why dont he? I feel like we're being ignored. :annoyed:
