CARL's DaoPay SCAM.

Its almost been a week that i am sending mails to CARL Pm's to ALENTE about the Credits that i've PURCHASED but i ddnt recieve anything using DaoPay. Im not the only one who hv this prob. There's alot of players having this prob. And i know they're sending mails and Pm's like i do. But, i feel like this is problem is being Ignored by Carl or Alente. Like there is no POST about it. What i mean is why they dont make a thread about this prob, so any players that having this problem will calmdown and Stop QQing knowing that we have a chance having our credits back. We're like waiting for a SOLUTION that it seems it wud never happen. I've never read even 1POST about this matter that comes from either Carl or Alente. We're talking about real money here even its not that big. Please show us some consideration. Give us a little chance. POST some thread that we can still have the CREDITS. Or reply in one of our emails.. Pls? I hope u understand our feelings for this.:annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:

 

You need to email Carl at admin@gamezaion.com with all your account information.

 

He said hes been mailing carl at that email for a week. It is disturbing to hear hes not getting a reply .

I'm having the same problem! I send you email 3 to 4 times per day was also no answer is an extreme lack of respect for those trying to help the server! Carl asked me until yesterday to send an email to him, and he sent no answer!

 

ER... Admins i think you should look at this matter since.. its kinda more serious than those speed hacking and duping.. or wht ever.. since.. they spent thier real money dude..
im feeling sad for them =(

U donate money, because it is important to you, virtual or not. Like the internet is not real in sense of touch or can be held, but it is still very important. So, this is a flame thread obviously do not talk down credits or voting, since you took the time to make this post, so meaning is important for you. Unless you here to talk it down to hope you get free credits, which is pathethic approach. If you bought credits, any one know you have proof of purchase then you are covered. So where is your proof of purchase? Dao donation, social, even western have all proof of your donation if you have you are good, if not then this attemp of free credits, or lesson learn always have proof.

im sorry but we are not that low, if u think that this is just some ****ing bullshit, well im sorry but you are so damn wrong. this person who made this thread and other donators(including myself)are having the same shitty problem and are so pissed. and for the evidence that u want, we dont post personal information here in public and i am pretty sure that we did mail carl/alente/karissa our proof payment. now if u still dont understand this situation, you might as well just dont post here since you are just adding up our anger. thank you.
