    Yeah if you are referring to Second Wind not being 50% now, it hasn't been that way for quite some time to my knowledge. At least a month or so anyways.

    Second Wind was changed when moved to 2.0... as NCsoft said in the patch notes for skill changes.

    Lol then his skill shouldn't have been showing up like that xD. That was the first thing I could see : P.

    Also yes, losing AP in a duel is a reported bug. It should hopefully be fixed in the next update.

    Yes there have been other reports of people loosing AP in duels I think it's a minor bug nothing to worry about to much I think there has been some cases where people have lost AP twice in a duel sorry that you lost your AP ;(
