Hey i got a problem with donation

i donated 100$ by social gold but when its started to do the transaction it froze but the charge still showed at my credit card internet statement when i tried doing it agen it did the same thing but thing is it still didnt charge the money so i tried lowering the charge to 50$ wich went trough so i did it twice but when i cheked my creditcard statement it shewed me having payed 300 dollars and only getting 10000 credits how can i fix this either getting my money back or getting the credits:crying:

 

You need to send Carl a PM or E-Mail with proof of purchase but the lack of credits etc.
