Official Max Attack & Crit Rate

Hi All, This is really a question for Alente, everybody else, unless you definitely know, can you leave the answering to the sever experts, if you guess you'll just confuse everybody.

I can't see any definite answer looking through the forum, so Here's my question:

Now with the Weapon fusion working, my glad is miles over the 640 Attack & crit rate which I thought was the limit that would actually make any difference (I know you can go higher, I mean does it actually get any faster really)

Now I see in your latest notes (I hope you made a bit in donations for you new PC) they'll be an Attack Speed Limiter.

Will this effect us fast hitters?

1. What is the server max Attack speed
2. What is the server max crit rate

If you could answer this please Alente, I'm sure it would be of interest to a lot of people

I think max atk speed is max 0.5 or maybe 0.4 idk

i've seen some rangers get to 0.1

 

Screenshot or it didn't happen, max I got to on my ranger was .6 with all the buffs I could have (even from other classes)

As for max crit.. there is no cap, only soft caps. There is no attack cap.

 

crit has a soft cap at 440 (get less), hard cap at 540 (get hardly anything), after 640 u get virtually nothing (gms said that btw)

0.1 is 10 shots per second think about it lol. speed hacks is more like it

 

Don't worry about that 0.1 speed post, probably he is a gladiator and just don't know what the **** is he saying...

 

even glads dont have 0.1 atk speed

 

Max Attack Speed is 0.6
Even with all buffs and scrolls and DP and transformation and etc, it'll be KEPT at 0.6
If you see anything more than that it's pure hack.

No cap for Crit tho. You just get diminishing returns after 540 (on retail). The hard cap dont' seem to apply on Gamez, many of us have 700-800 crit and it does much better than having only 540.


Edit: Not sure about what the new update is gonna do to attack speed. Perhaps the previous 0.6 didn't apply at times? (bugged?)

 

I just meant that he is probably a noob kid gladiator who has no intelligence about the game and who just talks gibberish out of blue.. well just like 0.1 attack speed

my guess is that the att speed cap, is going in to try and stop speed hackes. just my guess.

i noticed a huge difference between 1100+ crit and 600crit just btw

so whats the best crit rate needed for a ranger? tried 550 and i hardly crit lol, compared to 790 diffrence was huge. can someone explain more about the soft and hard cap? read about them and im thinkin its not workin the way it used to be here.

 

rangers max is 0.6 with mau and other buffs but didnt try it with chanter buffs and i think ping has something to do with it too
