pls help GM

gm pls help me with my problem ,early this morning i bought mastarius longbow for my scout name: Prefix lvl:1
but when i log in there is no mastarius longbow occured.
i relog GM for 5 times but still my mastarius longbow didnt arrive .
then 2nd i checked my history there is a proof that i really bought mastarius longbow .. pls help with this GM ..:crying:

 

If you bought it through the credit shop then just go to the main website and go back to the item shop. You should see a button called History right next to your credits. Click on it and it will show all of the items you have ever bought through it. Make sure to screenshot the log, including the bow so it is known you bought it. Then you need to either mail Carl at [email protected] or PM a Senior Aion Master on the forums. They have the greenish colored names.
