My Silence credit Goodstone disappear.

GM I purchased a gs silence with credits this morning and I put it in my tahabata polearm, all ok until the moment when I quit the aion past 4 hours of game and when I opened again 2 hours later, my silence gs disappeared, getting after the last gs that I has it in my polearm (paralysis).

Please help me to recover it, T-T were 10 days of votes.
I dont have screeshots because I never think that this will happen to me.
Please, what I can do? :crying:

 

Provide proof that you had the Godstone with screen shots
Take a screen shot of the Items shop off the (GamezAion) Item shop and screen shots of your characters profile and inventory

 

Can the Gm check my items transactions or something like that?
Please I dont have pictures and I was waiting for put it 3 days ago

If you've purchased the godstone with credits.. go to your donation history & print screen it.
That'll be a good start to get a GM investigating your case . Good luck pal ~

I purchased the gs with my character Hendrix was a gladiador but i prefer make an other gladiador with other name so I make Souldragon and pass all the set to this one by the account warehouse.

Here's the picture with the tahabata that I pass and without the silence gs just paralysis.
