Question about Glads

Is it possible to actually start an attack with Draining Blow II .... i play glad for almost a month and i don't know i might be still a rookie or somethin' .. but is it possible ? .. why i ask is that well someone can do it ... read the log nothin was deleted or changed ...

Using draining as an opener, even if it works. seems a bit useless unless you go in with health missing. But i do believe its a bug because its a chain skill.

 

You can use draining blow if target is stumbled, its not an actual skill chain skill.
