What the HELL!!!!!

I voted for over a month for this godstone and this is what i get?????!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my 10% blind godstone one week ago and i inserted it five days ago.......
For the past four days i have no problem with my godstone....

But today when i log into my account i see my godstone's gone.........Can this day get any worse???!!!!!

1k credit is freaking hard to get for me.......!!!!!I have been busy the whole month for my exams and have no time to vote!!!!!!! (vote about once every 2 days sometimes 3 days!!!!!!) It took me 2 month for 1k credit and this is what i get???????

This sucks.........Everyone would say i am lying since I don't have any proof...... Only have proof of buying the godstone.......

I hope someone can help me......

 

i would believe you if you showed a pic of your purchase

 

Make a screenshot of your donation history ~ Also make screenies of your ingame inventory and warehouse ~
That should be enough to get a refund

Take a screenshot of your purchase history and then take a screenshot of your weapon, problem solved.

 

.... Actually... We need 3 pictures.... One showing he bought the godstone, one showing he socketed it godstone or godstone being in his weapon and one showing the godstone is missing... Just his purchase history wont do us any good as anybody can show us a purchase history and say its missing.

 

As everyone else has stated, their is a history of every item bought from the credit shop. Just head to your USER CP and then to the ITEM SHOP. Next to Credits their should be a button History. Click on that and screenshot the log then post it here and a SAM will be notified of this thread to look through it.

Also what Bella said is also true. We will need more than the log it seems.

 

examen or not, voting 1-2 time a day doesnt effect your exam grade any way, takes between 30secends and 1 minute to vote... ye its sad with ur godstone but since ur not going to play soo much now then you can vote 1-2 time a day, 50-100 credits a day, 10-20 days and you got your godstone back! (unless you got screenshots)

Ok. I lost 2 DYE SETS!!! I BOUGHT 2 BLACK DYES. I painted it, and next logon, paint is gone. I bought it again, paint again gone. I HAVE SCREENS OF ME WITH PAINT, playing 2 hours, game crashed (not even complaining about this...), relog, no paint. Thats 200 CREDITS IN VAIN voted. THX alot gamez...IM uploading also history. I would like to get a 200 credit refund for them OR MY FRIGGIN ARMOR PAINTED FRIGGIN BLACK Im screaming about this on forums for a week now, no GM cares

The pants were colored from the first set of dye, 2 weeks ago, they stayed black. But i even colored the HOOD on my head black and that changed back to

EDIT: I cannot waste every day 100 credits to repaint dammit
