Lost purchased dye

    Hello i purchased a 5 piece of black dye and i dyed my armor. logged off the same night, woke up to find it removed.
    Any refund? Is it temporary only?
    Please help!! :crying:

    I also lost my black dye, from my robe after relog and I bought it TWICE:(( COMMON GM IM SPENDING MY CREDITS FOR NOTHING, thats 200 credits down the drain, please do something im shouting since a week:(

    I bought it twice already and im gonna buzz their head until they care:( It's not fair:( I won't spend another 100 credits for the dye just to disappear when i log off. I took screen shots this time. I also have it in buying history...
