Lumiel problem with item shop purchase- please help

Issue with my ranger IGN Hilamosbrad), i got my NEW ABG BOW socket with GODSTONE (10s BLIND) and up to +15 using L100 & L145 but after a few mins. the game seems to freeze as i saw people doing runningman (running on the same spot) and so i tried to logout but it won't logout and so i choose quit game and it took time until the game dissapear and when i login back... poof GODSTONE GONE, +15 GONE..

am still not losing faith on the GM's/S. AM's here...am sure they'll take care of this as it's affecting a lot of players...we just need to be patient on this

 

Did you use the 10 stones to make it to +15?

Your GS should have been socketed into your bow, which we need, then after you relog with it gone.

So right now you don't have any lvl 100 stones correct? XD
And what about your lvl 145 stones?

 

But its getting harder and harder... been playing here since May and i have seen many things go from good to terrible :sad:

I miss the old 1.5 days where things were more simple and people more helpful...

 

Here's the result of having my bow upgrade to +15 (using 15pcs L100- which cost me 1k credits using my other acct.)



The L145 was used to upgrade my armor to +15 as it's currently on +5 but it's gone as well when the game freeze and i need to quit game

 

Can you show pictures of your whole inventory as well as your +5 equips.

Mind making the thumbnails bigger?
What I'm saying is that you need your inven opened as well as your equips, so I can examine it.

OMG..server shutsdown due to update but hope this SS helps (this was taken after the incident where only L145 was left and i use it too to up my armor hoping to get +15):

@Sycht: i got the bow from item shop..i'm trying to get into my purchase history for my ranger's acct. but i can't choose my character and i guess this is due to the maintenance
