GM plz help, lost my item for no apparent reason

so i purchased a [beautiful swimsuit] from the item shop,
i remolded it, i logged out, i logged on. It is gone.....

i mean the remolded item is still there, but just not remolded...

helphelphelp, this is the second time. lost 1500 credits in total!!

Need to see your entire inventory of each one of your chars.
I can puzzle up the pictures and say the 3rd picture could be the first.

 

you spent 1500 credits on armor of a level 41 char?? :w00t:

 

oh if you look at the image number, (like aion002) you can figure out the order.

and if you look at the money, you can figure out the order

if you look at the text box, notice the screen shot number.

that should be enough idea for which image comes first or not..
