I need a little help around here about my drives file system because I cant create Iso with over 4gb in size using winrar or 7zip. Is there any solution that would convert FAT32 to NTFS without reformatting? I have googled some ways and it answers me to type this command in the command prompt, -->convert [Drive letter]:/fs:ntfs. I dont want to try it without knowing that if I convert this using that command if it wont delete my files on certain drive or making it functional after conversion.

Please, I need help and opinions from those who have knowledge about file system. TYVM
