[lumiel] Godstone: Khrudgelmir's Silence lost

Today i added a Godstone: Khrudgelmir's Silence on my Enraged Mastarius's Longbow and i logged off after the proces (btw: i had to quit because logging off didnt work). When i came back both the manastones (attack+5) and the godstone were gone (both the bow and the godstone were bought from creditshop, so 100% no duped items) inched:

I made screenshots of the progress. I think these 2 screenshots prove that i am not trying to scam the system:

I never problems with adding godstones to weapons before (i play on 3 accounts and i have 14 level 55 chars)...

Server = Lumiel
Character = Afterdark

I really hope someone can help me fix this problem.

EDIT (maybe important):
Just before logging off i talked to the armfusion npc to see what the effect would be if i would fuse it with my Tahabata longbow, but i did not do the actual fusion.

 

same issue on my Lumiel ranger (IGN: Hilamosbrad) and beto597 (another forum user w/ same issue)...hope GM would take a look at this for a fix...we badly need help

Well your best shot at getting this issue resolved is to send the link to this thread to Senior GMs so that they may investigate your evidence, and restore missing/lost items as they see reasonably fit. Unfortunately regular GMs like myself have no power over these situations.

Well, ty for taking some time to respond... i did send pm's to Alente and Bellalicious because i thought they were able to fix this, but i have received any answer yet.

I bought the bow myself and i received the gs from my brother, who currently prefers to play with his new girlfriend instead of playing aion. So i know none of these items were duped, so that cant be the reason for this problem.

The thing that scares me is that even a simple thing as upgrading a weapon isnt safe anymore... i see a huge list with fixes/addons in the 14 nov update notes, but important stuff like these kind of bugs seem to be ignored.
