    I think its just temporary, its a bug from last update. Dont worry, If server change free fly for ground pvp they will be a announce.

    I'm pretty sure there's no more free fly in these area's.. I dont quite undersand how this could be a bug, seem's pretty intended, although there might be some changes considering many players are unhappy with a couple of things.

    I think if they want to make a biggest change like ground pvp they will announce.

    Besides almost 70% is here for Free Fly.
