Donation problem

Can any1 help me or tell me how to contact Carl, I had donated $100 through Social Gold about 11 hours ago and i would have done it yesterday but there had been some kind of error that Carl himself had posted in a thread that it was down. I don't understand what the problem could be because i had done everything on the site and had got the phone call to verify who i am and had talked to someone prior asking questions on how long it would take to receive the credits through social gold and they had said it should be there as soon as donated (i believe who i asked was Chaoticmelody or Bryne i dont really remember who), also the money has already been taken out of my Bank account so im just wondering how much longer must i wait and if its possible could someone tell me how to contact carl or alente ? Also give me like a dummy way to contact them because i am clueless how to use this forum

Lolz the hope of my credits magically coming in like they should have for the past couple days is going away, think 2marro imma start flooding alente and carls mailbox =)

 

Yea I have the same problem... I spoke with Alente here on the forum and she told me to message Carl, which I did, but he never answered. My donation was just 10$ not 100$ like yours, but still.... If SocialGold can't deliver they should just remove it from the site... Direct PayPal donation was received with no problems, but this SocialGold donation looks like it's lost in space somewhere.
