Negative 1 Billion Kinah - Requesting Kinah back please, SS provided.

Basically HAD 7.5 billion in stuff on the auction prior to big update, which sold. Was not aware that after the update there was a 2.5b broker removal limit, at least so I've read (after my items had already sold). I know there wasn't pre-update, because I've been pulling off 5+ billions at a time prior to the update without issue.

Requesting replacement, but going to stop playing the game until fixes are implemented. On the short term, everything is very unstable.

May I have the negative wiped and the 7.5B returned please? :sad:


PS: Luckily, I put my existing kinah in warehouse prior to removal in the event this did happen. Hopefully there is no issue with that when I attempt to remove it.

 

did you recieve this kinah from trade? it may have been duped -.-'

 

These were from completed broker sales. I have no idea, nor control where the kinah comes from when people purchase items through a third party application like broker.

You can't go over 2.5b kinah on the broker.

I disagree with that, it's not a well known fact. Actually the first I've ever heard about it today. In fact, I've been pulling well over 5 billion to upwards of maybe 8-10 billion from broker without issue for some time now, across more than one character. If this was fact, this wouldn't be my first case, and if it was well known, maybe the newer players aren't aware of it. Can't say for sure, I follow the forums a decent amount, but this limit never jumped out at me.

Thank you for that link. Is there an announcement around the forums for newer members, like those that have just joined the last month or so, or would it be trial and error for them?

I don't suppose too many newbies would go "searching" around the forums for broker limit controls. Seems rather silly to put kinah limits on the broker, even if calculated improperly, given the economy is whacked out the way it is. Change some digits, whatever it takes. They can bump premium stats, why not broker stats? :biggrin:

I'm not making fun, I thank you for the help. However, I've pointed this out before that there just isn't enough information for people to know what is right, what is broke, what just broke, or what should and eventually will be fixed. See what I mean? lol

 

if its a dupe how we remove the bug........if i use my character i cant buy any scrolls ....etc....

 

Let me ask this then in regards to a dupe.

If the system is intelligent to detect the kinah "after" a sale, and wipe it, then why isn't the system intelligent enough to detect the dupe before the sale completes, thus not completing the sale?

I don't believe it's duped kinah, but I suppose anything is possible. Like I mentioned before, I've sold over 5b+ before without issue, multiple times. I suppose it could go both ways.

In any event, I just want my stuff back. :biggrin:

I send the proof to alente.. but nothing happend and dont take a reply I dont think give a replacement.. but i wait answer... but too many people lost kinah in broker with this bug.. maybe a rollback to first day of update.. but.. this is not a good idea - i hope the team refund any1 who give proof of lost kinah

I haven't played the game since this occurred when I originally posted, and I don't believe I will play again until it's remedied.

However I have donated nearly $200-$300 to Carl for his servers in less than two weeks since I have joined, since I have some disposable cash. It basically works like this. If stuff gets fixed/remedied when incidents occur, I will continue to be a donator. If they don't, I won't. It's a very fair policy I feel.

It's not about the kinah, it's about the principle. lol
