    It made complete sense to me (Me living america).

    He's completely right. Those idiots all need banned from that KoreaFighter II Legion. Remember one time we were fighting with them in the arena and their glads every time we ran into them had Blessing of Nezekan on (Blessing of Nezekan has a 1h cooldown and costs 4k dp for referrence), and they'd charge into us every 5-10 minutes or so, with the buff on every time.
