Admin pls heeeeeelp!

I bought 2 godstones (bollvig's love) today morning...

I had 2.100 game points before buy it... I got 2 bollvig's love... it was socketed in my account assassin's weapons (2 Bollvig's Love)... than, when I logged in the afternoon, I found just 1 godstone (at warehouse/don't know why )...

The game CP account has just 100 points and one godstone has disapeared. (the account belongs to my brother, he plays at siel and me at lumiel)

Could you help me? My brother's char name is Netuno, at Lumiel server... If you look at his history in the game CP you can see that I bought these items...

I talked with one GM and he told me to post it here... Pls ADM i need your help...

I imput goodstone (bollvig's love) in my dagger, and after server restar .. my dagger lost this godstone.

More one time...

Yesterday I got this problem but I didn't take any screeshot to show you...
Now I've socketed more 2 godstones (1 Bollvig's Love that gone to my warehouse yesterday after the issue and more 1 Bollvig's Love that I bought today) and it disapeared more one time...
Now I have screens to show you... could you solve it man?
I lost 3 godstones in 2 days and I have no more game points to spend... I need your help!

Do you have a screenshot of the GS missing? Or inventory showing / chat log showing you only recieved one godstone?

 

I have this problem three!! Omg..

 

I received 2 godstones... Socketed it in my weapons...
In the afternoon, when I loged in the godstones wasn't in my weapons. I found one of the missing godstones at warehouse (i don't know why it was there).

In the next day, I bought more 1 godstone, put it and the other godstone (that was at warehouse) in my weapons (more one time). I took Screenshots of my weapons with the godstones (dagger and sword).

When i loged in the godstones wasn't there (more one time).

I've created this topic to explain what hapenned with me (it's very difficult for me to explain it in english, because here in Brazil we speak portuguese...) and I'm waiting for you to help me. I spent 3.000 points and lost my 3 godstones.

I just want you to solve this error, I saw a lot of people getting this problem, not just me, and if it's possible, i want to get my godstones back...

I don't have screens of the first missing godstone, but if you could give me back just the 2 godstones that are in the screens above, it's good for me...

Your missing screenshots of the Godstones missing out of the weapons.

 

I just have these screenshots of the history and of the godstones socketed in my weapons , it disapeared...

These screenshots are suficient to proof that I had the godstones... It's a bug... pls, try to socket one Bollvig's Love in your weapon, you'll see that it will disapear. When you log in next time, it will not be there.

I have no screenshots of the godstones out of my weapons, and Thank God that I took sceens of my weapons with the godstones (a lot of people didn't do it)... it's more than sufficient to proof... I'm trying to get it back, and sorry, if you don't want to help, tell me, because I'm loosing time posting it here...

Pls, I didn't want to say this, but I needed...

In my opinion, it's what's happening here...

I would ask you not to judge me, pls put yourself in my place...

 

No, these screenshots are not good enough. I need screenshots that they are missing from your weapons, or I can't forward this thread to a SGM to replace the godstones...

Anybody can post they got the godstones and socketed the godstones and say they went missing without proof. So until you do so, i cant help you further.

About the +17 Crit manastones (I know that aren't the same +15 Crit manastones of the other screenshots)...
I've changed the +15 Crit manastones by the +17 Crit manastones at about one or 2 week ago...
