    I was about to ask the same question... i lost a silence+10% gs too and it got recovered by a SGM (tyvm for that). But now i am kinda scared to do it again... in the past i added apx 20 gs to weapons without a problem, but since this incident i am starting to get a bit paranoid about it: if it can happen once then it can be happen a second time too.

    I am pretty sure that it is a serversided problem, because all stuff lost (5 manastones and 1 gs) were drops or from creditshop, so 100% no duped stuff involved.
