Cennot Start with GamezAion Launcher

I cant start the game!
Every try ends with this Error:

Is your language set to 'English' in the NcSoft Launcher?
If so then go into your 'Aion/AionEU' folder and look for the L10N folder.

Inside that it will say 2_enu, change that folder name to 1_enu and then do the same to the file inside it.

 

There are 2 folders in my "Aion" folder 1 named 1_deu and a 2. named 2_deu in both are files named the same

 

Change all 2_enu - 2_deu to 1_enu - 1_deu

Is your region set to North America in your NcSoft launcher?

 

yes i downloaded the North America client

 

well change all the '2's to '1's and try then

 

there are 2 folders i cant rename tham both to the same name.
could you use teamviewer to showe me?
