Donation problem... 3rd day

Hello, it's been 3 days since I requested help with this problem. I spoke with Alente, but she said SocialGold payments are beyond her reach and forwarded me to Carl. I can imagine Carl is busy, but can I get some kind of answer? I have the screenshots from PayPal account that show the donation to GamezAion was made so I can provide that upon request. Donations through other services like DaoPay and direct PayPal were fine, except for the one through SocialGold.

Just to make it clear, I don't intend to put you in a "bad light" or anything like that, since this happened just one time, but I could really use those missing credits as soon as possible.

u need to email him that receipt and your account name. why do you need somebody to request for it? thats retarded.
