Cannot view character selection screen!

Mmk so i was playing aion earlier today and everything was fine, then i got off for awhile. When i came back a few hours later i saw that there was an update in the ncsoft launcher, so i went ahead and updated. Then when i got on to aion i was able to log in on my accoutn but nothing else happened. I wasnt able to go to server select screen and i wasnt able to go to my character select screen on siel server. Is this cause of the update or something. Let me know plz.

 

Gamez doesn't support Version 2.1. Were still using 2.0.0.5.

 

hmm so how can i send it back.

ima try uninstalling it on ncsoft lancher and after it is done with the 2.0.0.5 then ill stop it and see if im able to play then.

I had the same problem as well. I tried to re download the ncsoft launcher. at no success. So I just system restored back before the update. It worked for mine. Hope this helps.

Seeing how Gamez doesnt support version 2.1 you'll need to reinstall in order to make it work again.
