Okay so how is it possible for KLS to deity twice in 30 minutes? If its a bug where everytime you rank up the cd resets it seriously needs to be fixed cus that is a heavily bugged skill. You can pretty much constantly deity for 30 minutes. Not to mention he went from 2 star to 5 star in about 5 minutes while the rest of his group stayed rank 1.

Doesn't that Transformation has 2 cd's how come the guy can use 20 mins later?
