abg ring disappeared

Hi,

I purchased an abg ring on the below date. I got it without a problem, used it for about a week then it disappeared from my char.
I have sent a similar message to the support section of the game but then i saw that I should post it here.

I play on Lumiel and my char Name is: Sinead

It could be very annoying if you buy something and then it just suddenly disappears.

I read lots of posts about disappearing.
Honestly, is it worth it to donate here if your stuffs just keep disappearing???
I would be sick just chasing my money all the time!

 

I guess it is too much to ask for a reply after a week or two. I know, i know gms are busy, ect. They probably busy to remove negative comments. Great customer service! Gamez Aion uninstalled!

 

Take some screen shots to help your problem along.

screen shot your credit purchase history, hit print screen while viewing the page, open paint up and ctrl V to ad the SS to paint and save somewhere on your pc, then upload that screen shot to photobucket and link it here.

Also do the same in game showing your full inventory and bank.

You need all this proof so a GM can help you further.

 

Strange they need ss-es about the history.

They have it in SQL database (probably).

ABG items are not tradeable, I don't think we have noobs who sell them to a npc. I don't understand how can items just disappear. I had other private mmo server and we never experienced similar stuff like that.

Before these wonderful updates we had nowadays I would have solved these bugs we have for ages now.

 

The only people with access to actually view players history in purchases via the web is alente or carl.. So has furious said, we do need screenshots to show you bought, you had it at some point on your character and then now its missing.
