Character stuck for 2 days with no GM response

Already did the "post here if your character is stuck" and no one responds. People say go post there, well there are other people who've been stuck for the last 5 days. Awesome service guys!

Unfortunetly if you cannot log onto your character at all, this is the only way to unstuck your character, and it requires a server restart to take effect. Thus only Alente or one with access to restart the server is able to help. Normally how it works is Alente goes through and resets all your locations before a server restart.

Regardless I'll let him know on IRC that there are players waiting for to be unstucked and I am sure he will have your character fixed by the next restart.

 

Thanks for the reply, I did the unstuck under char yesterday. As soon as I log in on my main it freezes up and glitches out because my location is "unknown" cause i'm underground in beluslan fort like a 100 feet down.

 

Something wrong with your game files or system version i suppose.

Have you tried redownloading the bin.32 folder?

 

I can play perfectly fine on my other 2 characters. I have already changed the bin32 folders since i'm on 2.1 version with the fix that scyth gave me. Everything is running fine aside from my main char the location when i look in characters when i go to gamez aion says "unknown" and i'm 100 feet below belu.

Keep in mind that everytime you try to log in again before a restart you undo the fix Alente applied to your character. :O

 

I've had my GF log on to my character and she has 2.0.0.5 which runs perfectly fine and it bugged her out the same way.

Well if I was contacted I'd know if he did a fix or not.

 

Yeah, this is an issue only someone with access to the server database can fix. It's just a simple reset for your characters location back to the set starting location. As said, keep in mind that once your unstuck you still need to wait for a restart or it won't be changed.

 

I've put in the req a couple of days ago and I'm just waiting now....

bump, server restarted but my char is still stuck and bugged.....
