So is using AoE on respawns actually a bannable offence?

Seriously though, would any GM actually ban this practice, because I'd love to submit some screenshots. I'm just asking if it's worth the time to do so.

It's not enough to get jacked and lose AP overall, but to get screwed again and lose more AP when you respawn is pure awesome. It's hard enough to actually qualify for 5 star with everyone at 1.2+ million xp, let alone this garbage which "steals" AP without confrontation.

So, are we able to use this technique as well, or is it really a bannable offense? If no one gets banned, then we may as well join them in their scheme of theft correct? Perhaps I should ask, is this really an enforced offense?

Undirborg is notorious for it. The same players over and over. Jayrei being one of them. Yeah I said it, screw you prick, in deity form today, no less.

I've seen some jacked up stuff today. A glad which went into hide, a sin which went into Hide2 mid fight, and an SM which popped out of stealth, and now a Mau Ranger who tanked better than most Templar (wtf) but this AoE crap is what pisses me off most.

Currently people who abuse AoEs at respawns get jailed, though if they do repeat it enough times I wouldn't be surprised if they do eventually get banned. Just like flight abusers in Heiron/Belusan
