Client problem

Firstly: Sorry for my english

I have problem with charakter select

when i login on game then i have no here charakter select but i have Empty background ... Before 1 week i play normal... but now i cant play :-( u can help me?

After login i see this:

Make sure your games version is at 2.0.0.5, also make you also redownloaded and reinstalled the game client.
