Aion Client has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    Hey guys, so my game has been running perfectly fine. I even played for a few hours yesterday. But today when I log on and get to my select character screen and a pick a character the game goes to the loading screen and then stop and gives me the error message: "Aion client has encountered a problem and needs to close"


    Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated:)

    server might have crashed, can always restart ur pc and try again see if it keeps doing it. worst case, repair ur client, downgrade back to 2.0.0.5, reinstal the gamez launcher and then try

    Thank you for your reply, I'm fixing client now to see if that works. I'm also updating drivers.

    just updating the post to say that my issue was fixed. just had to repair my client :3
