    OK somehow fear is miscalculated not the calculation is correct because i can't fear nobody for shit. My magical accuracy is 1900. Mind explaining me why i can't fear nobody or even a monster? This is just stupid SM's keep getting their ass whooped because of this fear garbage! Please fix it asap....

    Anyone saying it was meant to be this way is an utter liar and I'll smack you with the book and official NCsoft evidence it isn't meant to have a fail-rate.

    Then again no one will be able to bring up an arguement that will warrant me needing to do that, so goodluck.

    And if people lack reading comprehension... that means I agree that fear is broken.

    That is incorrect, fear DOES have a fail rate, however, I think the base MA of the skill itself is incorrect on here, a little too low.

    With 1900 MA you should be able to fear people with ~2000 or less MR (keep in mind some skills increase MR)

    I think fear was broken before this patch as in it would always hit for ~15s, which is its max duration. I think fear shriek range and duration was also messed up. However, with this patch they seem to have almost "disabled" the skill.

    Well, I guess it is a fix... maybe a little too much. :p
    Even on retail people complain about fear (unbreakable CC with a very long duration? and you get 4 fears? Sounds balanced. ;) )

    Well i think i have 3 fears. It is unfair that fear is disabled wtf is that all about? Idk why they would do something stupid like that >.>

    Actually SMs got 4 fears... Fear, Fear Shriek, Curse of Fire/Water and The RS Insta fear (Flames of Anguish as Asmo) and neither of them works.

    I don't think that Fear has a "fail rate" i's just a matter of M.accuracy , however it's totally f*cked up atm (referring to the Fear spells). I hope if they fix fear again , they're gonna fix it totally , so players can move while they're in fear state

    That is most likely correct... Also just a general question have everyone started with Mr stones or something? Cause I can't ever land a silence but bind n skills work like normal lol.

    Yeah most of the well-geared players are stacking MR in their gears , I still think it's pretty lame tbh ~

    I want players to be thrown when feared too, believe it or not that actually was an ADVANTAGE...

    I have to agree it's a bit annoying when you everything but silence lands specially when you need it lol.

    Thrown? o_O Wtf? Sounds like a fun advantage tho lol.

    Yeah... they zip off in the opposite direction of you.

    Its great for throwing people into guards or mobs and havign them die that way LMFAO :D

    about time you guys realise fear is broken... we've been saying that since the first moment after yesterday's patch
    I think its a pretty good reason to qq about since fear is all a SM is

    It isnt suppose to fear every time like it was anyways + they were not suppose to pull enemies its suppose to make them run away. Again...now u see SM's complain cuz a bug doesnt benefit them but u never saw one complaining about previous Fear skills being bugged in a way that helped them win fights

    Fear is supposed to fear EVERY SINGLE TIME. If it is NOT resisted.

    :\ of course it isn't supposed to land every single time if a person only have 1.3k maccuracy against a person with 2k mresistance... but if it does land it takes effect. Just like if a sorc uses flame bolt and it gets past the resistance barrier then it deals damage.

    Also, I personally wish the fear balls would go zipping in the other direction. I just didn't make a fuss over it because that is an intense amount of coding because you need to completely repath them and the sm themself.


    Believe it or not... fear balls not moving was a buff for you all... if its ever fixed you will learn just how lol
