    It is not a bug, the ranks are working aka 1k 1 star officers... 700 2 star and so on... To become a 4 Star you need to be in the top 300

    You're current "toplist" rank is located next to your total amount of AP.

    The AP rankings are being refreshed like 2-3 times a day I think , so you have to be patient to get your new rank according to your current AP amount. You might wanna press P ingame and check out the "Abyss" tab ^^ Explains a lot about every single rankings you can get :>
