has anyone crafted a master carved anything?

where did you get the red, blue green and yellow carved fragments?

 

Their are vendors are at each Fort in Balaurea. But I went to one didnt see any vendor. From what other said their bugged.

 

I have Carves but only Blue n Red cause the 2 NPC in Forts is not available yet

i can get all of that powder easily.
in Npc named <tigarki workshop>
but i can buy its only in elyos side,in sanctum.
ihave try buy in pandae but it sold 1 piece per day.
i don't know about that different.

 

not the powder, she looking for Carved Fragments of Red, Green, Blue for Master Carved Items. Fragments are from vendors in forts in Balaurea for 486k. And Fragments are Untradable too.

 

yea im looking for the fragments, like i said in my original post.
so im guess no one has crafted one yet then.

 

I bought all the color fragments at one point, but this was a few days after the server went 2.0.. not sure how things are now e.e

 

I went to one of forts, searched everywhere outside didnt find him. Going to check inside the fort but couldn't get inside the fort cause it was bugged and it was Elyos fort, I was Elyos character.

 

I went inside the forts but no NPC there
