Fear bug

It seems to be that fear prevents you from using any attack skills even after you're no longer feared currently.

Dueled a SM, could use attack skills properly until I was feared, afterwards I couldn't use any attack skills at all.

with silence as well, you have to move/run/walk around
fear isnt bugged, same with silence's.

You fail to understand.

Here's what happens.

duel start : I use shattering wave, they root me. I use cleave chain, they cast fear.

Fear hits me, and subsequently runs out. After fear runs out (while I am no longer feared) I cannot use any attack skills. This is not just for the rest of the duel with them, but any subsequent duel thereafter.

 

OK well one.... Fear doesn't allow you to use physical nor magical attacks... two he probably casts blind on you right before fear is done so that could be your problem...and we also have 3 fears so i mean i wouldn't be surprised if you cant do anything in a duel with a SM as a gladiator and by the time one fear is done blind is back up..lol same as the other fears

Its a bug, stop spazzing out like Daisuko is retarded. Fear prevents skills AFTER the effects are supposed to be gone.

SM doesn't have blind. lrn2yourownclass.

Against physicals you have root, body root, chain of earth, curse of fire, fear, fear shriek.

You're thinking of Body Root.

hu-uh. My point is that it's currently bugged. At least in duels, haven't been feared by another player yet.

I know SM thank you very much, I main'd it on retail for 6 months.

 

Speaking of bugs in duels... on my sorc i couldn't use any skills vs Dai, and the duel never ended, despite the fact that he killed me repeatedly.

And i don't mean just got me low enough in HP to end the duel, I mean... back to the Oblisk killed. He and I repeated this dance for a good half an hour and the duel never ended.

I was shutting down the client and the duel countdown was still going.

Body root prevents you from using any skills except magic types. Most probably the spiritmaster uses body root while fear is about to go out, which would explain why you cant skill after.

FEAR IS CURRENTLY BUGGED AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CAST ANY SPELLS/SKILLS AFTER THE FEAR DEBUFF HAVE RAN OFF. (only in duels)
IT'S A BUGG and if he've played retail for 6 months he should know how Body Root works.

same here. people use skills right after my fear is gone. haven't encountered his bug so far.

 

Beacuse if you would know what a bug is, you would of understood what he and I meant by that.
A bug doens't neccessarily have to happen for everyone.

 

Every bug can be recreated. I don't see why others won't experience the same bug in the same certain circumstances.

 

This server has alot of bugs... and te gms are not helping me..
i finished every quest in ishalgen and still can't teleport. done class quest , done everything , i asked more than 10 lvl 50 players and none of them knew why. i can only teleport to pandaemonium. and not only , i died too and had the same prob , 10.000 seconds till duel starts , and the countdown is faster , not normal seconds. but takes like 3 mins to start duel , and after we start , 1 of us dies again , and again goes to obelisk.. and again cooldown 10k seconds... drives us mad.. do something pls... and fear should also not have so big success rate >.<
but the REAL PROBLEM IS , I talked to 3-4 GMs and they simply ignored my pm , i repeated my question like 2-3 times to each of them , no answer.

EDIT: i forgot to say , why the mobs at hatata the torturer's cave and outside have buggy skills? they have knockdown and pullback skills , and they pile you , and they are just lvl 9. i was lvl 18 and i almost died by 2 of them (sorceror) fix the skills... a lvl 9 player has no chance against them , they are like some elyos pvping with you.. ffs >.>

No. Aethertwising and skills alike are bugged as they are unable to resist CCs.

Back to the OP, I believe the OP has been binded by the SM. He should really try to duel other SMs to actually confirm an existence of a bug before making a thread. But hey, he has been banned anyway, so this thread should have been closed.
