i need a little help from admins

so I decided to play GamezAion again.
and somehow i cant play cause everytime i try to log in it wont go to the character selection screen.
i think its because 2 of my character are stuck or something
i haveve heard someone had this problem before, and i think Carl helped him by reseting his characters position.

and also everytime i try to log in at the website, i cant see my character lvls. i think thats the problem..

i can post screenshot if its necessary. :unsure:

i just re download everything again from the website like 2 days ago. and i think i also updated my client already.

 

If you have recently update then you will be at version 2.1 which Gamez does not handle at the moment and gives the same results as mentioned in your post.
