help! login issue!

i have an login issue with my Glad Char (Dazar)...... client freezes and/or disconnects me from server when i select him. I was on him eariler today crafting...so i have no idea wtf is going on with him.

i can login on my other chars no problem....

 

still looking for some feedback/assistance on this issue!

 

I think you need to unstuck your bugged character. since you can log-in your other character...

 

i assumed as much so i have sent in a unstuck char thing from the website for that char.....like 24hrs ago. Can GM/AM's do this unstuck thing or is this something that only Alente/Karissa/Carl can do?

 

Based on what i know about our(gm) commands we don't have any command to unstuck a character, maybe next reboot your character will be okay! :smile:

 

The unstuck will apply only after a server Restart til then i suggest you to don't log in on that char.Try to pm Alente also for more infos.

No:
- Unstick requests do not work with this
- Waiting for a server reboot does not work
- Trying to contact Alente or whoever seems impossible as they ignore you (on IRC too)
- There have been updates after all of these things happened and they do not fix anything

I recommend you stop wasting your time waiting and make a new character.

For your information, I have waited almost a week now, so don't cling to any hope, I'd say.
