Does plastic surgery is tradable?

Ok here the story i trade Plastic surgery with a felow elyos name Cspin with his Balic set. I ask him/her first if its tradble i also said that im using the new item pack her on the forum cos this is what i used when trading items and its working she/he said yes so i baught it but when when the trading start i was suprised its not tradable. I lost my 1k cred just for that. In my own opinion is not my fault coz i ask her/him first. Is it tradable?

Those are untradeable as far as I know. And really that's hardly a scam, just people being uniformed about what is tradeable and what isn't, you should have found that out before you purchased it by asking a gm. Don't say it's a scam when your at fault also.

And do you always trust random people? If you would have posted this on the forum, plenty of people would have told you. Omg grow a little, just cause there's an item pack doesn't mean that everything is tradeable. Become informed about the game, especially this server, cause there are many bugs, so something that used to work may not anymore. But I've always known those to be untradeable.

 

Actualy im aware of it that some will take advantage so thats why i always make a screnshot evrytime i trade to other people.
