Serious issue!

Every time i log in user name and password. it says Account already in use (7) then i type in user name and password again then click agree. No servers come up and i cant log in...What can i do to fix this?

 

Are you using Battleping or something of that sort?

 

this does happen sometimes mate. How long have you waited now? i can normally log in after about 30 seconds - 1 minute.

A lot of times it says "Account already in use (7)" Just type your info in again and it'll log you in..
If you dont see any servers then the server is most likely down, or possibly your internet connection died.

 

ive gotten this message for the last 3 days and i uninstalled reinstalled the game ive reinstalled the gamez client. Everything and so far cant log in cant see any servers.

 

is it possible he has been hacked? and someone is playing whilst ur trying to login

 

Did you read Sycth's post? Are you using anything like battleping?

 

No because i have 2 accounts and the other i cant log into either and has the same issue. and the other account has nothing on it so if someone "hacked" nothing they are retarded lol.

Download the game from ncsoft launcher use gamez aion installer and go to log in and it fails. I dont understand what i need to do.

 

Well if someone appears to be on your account, then you may of been hacked.

 

But that doesnt make sense i cant see the server list.... And I have made another account fresh account and still cant log on so thats not the issue

 

ive done some searching on this and most problems are caused by battleping. Go to task manager and just check you havent got it installed and you never knew about it.

I dont know what Battleping is myself but it seems to re-route people and mess up there connection.

 

Thats why i asked, the server is mega laggy at the moment, but try resetting your connection and try again.

 

Ive never heard of it till now. And the only thing running on my computer is explorer / Mozilla / Aion

For the 10th time im gonna wipe out my NCsoft folder back to 100% updated retail aion and try to install the gamez aion and see if 10th time is a charm...idk

 

its more than likely what sycth says then mate, the server is lagging atm and alot of people playing on it, connection may just be very slow for u.

Try Repairing the game 1st with the ncsoft launcer

 

But for this to be going on for 3-4 days? There is no way.

 

Then disconnect your router for 30 seconds and try again.

What exactly does the gamez aion installer change in the NCsoft folder? maybe someone can upload their folder and i can download and copy paste it?
