Screw jailing

Whether they donated or not has no difference, they disrespected the rules they are obligated to follow when playing this server and are more-than-knowingly abusing it.

Jailing has proven its an archaic method that isn't working, with more reports in every hour and thats only the vocal ones... who knows just how many in-game are being ravaged by these cretins.

 

Decapitation or a spike shoved up their rear an placed outside the area's where they were caught flying in to show example like Vlad the Impaler did.

Stupid enough that if they are in the air an ur stuck on the ground its unfair advantage point. Jailing isn't enough Beast more needs to be done even sometimes the ban's aren't good enough cause they will most likely keep doing it. I have been on the disadvantage end of a flying Elyos while in an area i can't fly in:andy:

 

Donating has no difference..? Last I heard, you could hack with 500 bucks.

Exactly why I am not a moderator then. I'd ban those morons without disgression.

Then again I am used to assisting professional buisnesses, if that is true then this does not fall under that category at all.

 

Well you have to think of how many problems that will cause. Sure there needs to be one rule that effects everyone.. not people based on what gear they have.

However, you have to think of the long term consequences. A lot of the flight abusers are donators. There might not be a million threads of people reporting flight abusers, although there will be lots of threads with people QQing about "abuse of power".
Also many people will be wanting their money back, as well as quiting the game and possibly taking their friends with them.

Consequences of automatic perm ban for flight abusers/other abusers:

-population decrease
-more complaints about staff (deffinetly dont need this right now)
-expecting refunds, possibly losing money for the server

The only good thing i see out of this will be a lot less fliers, resulting in more balanced pvp.

It's too bad there's already 50 other reasons that pvp is unbalanced..

I still think that the first time a flier is caught results in a day's worth of jail time and a warning that they will be banned the next time they are caught.
