create an elyos,
buy the dress from sanctum,
then put it in your acct. warehouse.

 

Andu's and Palentine's Dress can be bought in sanctum ( elyos town ) Marra's and Daskin's Dress can be acquired in Pandaemonium ( asmodian town ) They cost 10kk kinah ea ~
