    defnitely isnt, even when ur flashing, ur semi transparent at all times, she clearly isnt. also as far as i know spawn protection doesnt work (not just aoes, can targed with tab and hit with anything)

    judging by ur combat log its lagg positioning, if u read it it says "target too far away", i get it with mobs that r right next to me sometimes (and im a sorc, long range spells)

    the name is in russian btw and has nothing to do with this. if u set ur keyboard to russian u can do it too :p

    that is not a bug, its only written on Cyrillic, that dont mean he is Rusian like some1 said, and how much i know its not restricted to use my lenguage but i don't want bcs ppl in game will have problem to inv me in party or else. . . and that what u see is: Forbik = Форбик
    and like Smartik1 said its hapen a lots of time to me also, i cant attack mobs or players even if i can kiss them
