Hi all, i dont know much about the people who run this server but i noticed theres a lot of admins or GM's leaving.

Does this mean in the next few days we will be hearing that the server is going to close down and we will be homeless?

Just wanting to know, this is my fave Aion server so far and i cba to move

Everyone will be homeless, we won't even have anything to eat. Our poor chars will be left alone in the cold winter and suffer. Shame.

 

Like I said in another thread, 70% of people who play Gamez don't even go on the forums to know what's going on. Nor do they care, cause if they did they would be on the forums checking.

While things do seem dark, I highly doubt the server will close down entirely so long as Carl is ending up in the black every month. He'll just "hire" new GMs and so long as the same drama continues they'll just quit in a cpl months and new ones will be hired and the process will be continued. It's the great circle of Gamez

 

I hope carl decides to not give up in Gamez and keep moving foward. This is a great server and i've made too many friends to give up now.

Unless Karissa is gone, I don't see this cycle stopping. Back before she was hired, stuff was good, but after that, its just been continuously happening.

Not really. Before Karissa there was Mandi. Before Mandi there was the same shit going on, just without the drama. Bugs took years to get fixed updates were few and far between etc etc.
And you can't honestly say it's simply Karissa's fault. Sure a driving factor but not 100%. It's not like 50 people don't constantly drag out said drama they're continuing to ***** about.

And no, Mandi did stuff but not nearly comparable to this. Gave free stuff out, but thats basically it. And bugs/updates were actually being fixed through AL at the time. There was no dev, but *shrug*, and I enjoyed the GM team at the time. It was fun bugging Albull ;D.

Anyway.
Explain what Kari has done that Mandi didn't? Mandi used gm skills to pvp. She gave an entire legion of people items. Numerous abuses etc etc. Caused massive forum drama.
For the most part drama conserning Karissa lately has stemmed from people being butthurt after being told repeatedly not to bother trying. (you know who you are)
I've yet to see any of the recent forum drama even start with Karissa doing something questionable that the people who accuse her of doing it are innocent of themselves. Just sayin.

 

Yeah... I didn't see Karissa do anything... Maybe I missed something, meh.
