    Is this candy allowed?
    (I think it prevents all skills from having any animation) so all the skills are released so much quicker.

    Drakie Candie + Low ping = 4-6 Instant skill cast in 1 sec :S

    I tried it with my temp(50-90ping) and it seems so fast...

    is it allowed?
