Cannot Log In

    So, i am new here. Trying to log in, followed your connecting instructions, searched the forum like a million times, did everything i could.

    So whats going on is that i would put my account info in, hit OK, and it would just sit there. Doing completely nothing till i alt+tabbed and closed aion. I'm pretty sure the servers online. I'm on the 2.0.0.5 patch. I've tried repairing, nothing.

    Extra Info: I have played a few other private servers but i did a fresh re-install.

    I also heard about something to do with the bin32 folder, do i need to replace it with something or anything? Cause i haven't seen anything about that on this website.

    No it does not. It just sits there till i alt + tab and exit the game from right clicking and hitting close on the bar.

    Also, i don't know if this will help, but i got a Failed to Initialize Game error once, but i restarted the client and it just froze again when i hit OK to log in.

    The music still plays, its just i cant press any buttons or do anything, the monster in the background still moves too as well.

    I'm having trouble logging in as well, although I'm able to log into my account once I accept the terms of agreement the server selection screen doesnt appear and I'm permanently stuck with nothing but the log in screen background(picture) and music. No error appears and Ive already tryed re installing but it still does the same thing, any suggestions? help would really be appreciated.

    Help!!

    I have the same problem....when i hit ok/Enter i can not do nothing into the window game, the buttons are stuck and i need to close the gameby myself HELP PLZ :sad:

    this is not a bug .. the server is just down . things will be fine when the server will come back up ...

    Ok, so when the server i will try....but i think thats an error/bug because the buttons stay blocked and the music still plays etc...

    sometimes thats caused by too new directx. this game was built on dx 9.0c and doesnt really work with 10 or 11

    directx is required to render aion graphics properly which might also be a part of ur problem. install this and restart ur pc, then try again when the server is back up. cant hurt to try, it wont overwrite the directx u already have, just add the necessary files to it to run older games
