Oh well i'm lucky , i'm paying just 400 euros a month.
(I should be Paying 650€/Month.. but the Hotel's owner is a Good friend of my Father) But the Hotel isn't some 5-Star... The Wi-Fi Sucks here aswell , it's being used daily by 20 people... Plus that i'm not using a laptop , I bought a USB Stick which allows me to use the Wi-Fi..
I also live on the 3rd floor , that makes my connection suck even harder. The Modem (The Router or w/e it is) is at the Receptionist... I Barely can reach the Signal.
My MS (/Ping) In Game goes up to 2.8k sometimes then i get disconnected. The best i ever since i started using this wi-fi was 700-750. It's unplayable for people with such high latencies , unfortunately.. My Spells(I'm a Sorc :devil got 3 Seconds Delay =D

Lumiel server got Sycth and Bella. U can't do not even half of wat they did. I have seen Sycth to spend DAYS during 2.0 update helping people with technique issues while wat did u do? Infractions and trolling and the usual crap u do which is ONE BIG NOTHING...
