If freedom had a boundary though, then you wouldn't be truly free since there would still something stopping you. A boundary to freedom would just give freedom a new definition. Being free of those boundaries for instance.

The extreme absolute freedom could lead to more chaos than a ruled freedom society.

I wish it had been one of those 3 then lol... Sounds alot simpler then collapsing n being unable to breath... -.- Stupid hyper reactive asthma...

But a ruled freedom would just give a new definition to the meaning of being free which wouldn't change alot. But extreme absolute freedom now without rules there wouldn't be a definition for freedom therefor they wouldn't be free since freedom doesn't exist... In the end only in your mind can you be truly free from the rules of society.

I don't know how you define "better", tbh.

Unless vomiting wine out of your nostrils and not being able to see straight for a week is more enjoyable than lying on the floor and not breathing.

By the dictionary definition, Freedom is the state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement or under physical or mental restraints. Ironically, since the day we were born, we have been under many inconspicuous factors which are always affecting our actions, desires, motives and dreams. Looking back, even from the Anglo Saxon age, approximately between 500-1000 A.D. These people believed in paganism, a religion which has no religion; however, any bright people will soon discovery the contradiction between their ideals. If paganism is not a religion, then what is the reason to believe in it? Only non-materialistic, non-realistic, notions are believe, hard ass facts are something to be followed.
Clearly, as you can see, our society and its citizens are bound to be conformed to certain “rules” either set by our government, or religions. Thus, freedom is merely an ideal which an altruistic man seeks but will never achieve.

Now, this reminds me of a stupid Application essay I have just finished for my Princeton Major……
    Side note: NICE TOPIC

Depends on your location and your place in this world.
It is best placed in a industrialised world, where thoughts are built upon a system to fit amongst society with little independent thinking. Also the amount of power you carry in this world defines the amount of freedom you have at your own will.

The 2 day coma from mixing painkillers and sleeping pills wasn't too bad, but let me tell you something: Once you've had good sex, alright sex just isn't good enough.

Lol, not like it would matter sex like anything else is just a fleeting sensation that won't last longer then the moment it exist in. Makes me wonder tho, that if the feeling of freedom is a fleeting sensation... Does this mean there's no proper definition for freedom at all and that we're all free but we tie ourself down to prevent chaos and provide a definition for ourself?

It's more likely because we can't handle being free.

If that is the case then we're not free even in death since we wouldn't be able to handle the freedom it would provide. So why if we can't handle it are we still seeking it and providing definitions for what freedom really is?

EDIT: This was last insightful post for today D:

Because life isn't complicated enough, we need to go troubling ourselves trying to answer questions that don't need to be asked or answered.

And imo I don't see why people want to continue living after they die, by means of a soul or something. One lifetime is enough, thanks very much.

There is no true definition to anything in this world. As the Assassin Creed quotation goes: "Nothing is true, everything is permitted." But yeah, it is us who tie ourselves away from the freedom we speak of to create stability. It is how religion is born, culture, gangs, government and a society.
