    Of course , since magical aethers can be found in flying areas. Unless you decide to glide out of the flying area & abuse the fly bug , it's all good :>

    1they dont bann for abusing that sht, they jail u for 1 day, 3 day and after they ban but still if u only went for gathering u would get no harm from gms at all, cuz as it was allowed in 1.9 to go after aethers in belu, is the same here...

    As long as you're in the flight zone it shouldn't be a problem.. Tell me your IGN so i can see who banned you and i'll talk to them.

    You shouldn't get banned for gathering aether in the correct zones.. Either you flew outside of the zones and abused the flight bug, or a GM made a mistake.

    You can fly anywhere where Aether are. It's only as long as you fly out of the aether zones you can get banned.
