    Make sure the Region is North America (File->Settings->Advance) in your NCSoft Launcher
    If your region is not north america, You must Repair Aion by right clicking on Aion in your Ncsoft launcher
    After reparing you must reintall our launcher patch to play

    Are you using the GamezAion Launcher or the NCSoft one? Make sure you launch the game through GamezAion Launcher.
