Question :3

Hey guys , today i played a little and i met an elyos SM in abyss (Nereusx)
I Nuked him (he got around 15-16k dmg from my attacks) and he lost no hp.... he was still at full hp)

Is that some SM skill? Or he was Bugging?

there is an sm skills where for x amount of sec's pet takes all damage..
spirit subsutition.. if they have it fixed here if not i CALL HAX

 

its a Bugged SM Skill lols

its Spirit Substitution,where their pets absorb all the damage they take for 2m/3m or until the pet dies

But theres this bug,when the pet dies the skill still goes on,so he's pretty much invincible for 2m/3m

 

He was immortal for like 3 minutes.. because he killed 3 people (Including me and my friend Genral who is a Ranger)
after 1-2 mins i used resurruction tombstone and atked him again , he was still immortal..

the skill lasts for 2-3 mins? wtf.

after that , i found him again but i sleeped him , silenced him , nuked him
he died in 3 seconds

so wtf... he was using some skill the first time i saw him i think , he had alot of buffs and debuffs on him and i didn't put my mouse on any of them to see , next time i will try


is that how the skill works in retail? (if it was a skill)

He had a fire pet , but his pet got killed and he was still invulnerable..

Let's say the skill is bugged and he remains immortal even if his pet dies....
Are Spiritmasters allowed to use it? or it's bug abuse? should i report him to some gm?

 

It is bug abuse and you should report him. I must ask though on what server was this? Lumiel? Siel? Because I still can't get my head around that some people are still able to use it even after it was disabled. :S

Also this is how it's supposed to work except that when the spirit dies he'll no longer be "immortal" the spirit is supposed to take 100% dmg IF it's within 10m of the spirit master for 2m as long as the spirit is alive

This means that if he had used Earth spirit he'd pretty much be able to survive close to 40k dmg seeing as silence is bugged and would be able to heal his pet.

I took screenshots only after me and my friend died lol >.<
I'm in siel btw , and the pvp was at core.

He had a fire pet btw , which died and he still was immortal...
he killed me and 2 others , then his pet died and 2 others were still attacking him , he was not taking damage still....
I didn't spawn , i wanted to see what would happen first...
1 min after his pet died , he lost some hp and he used 1 potion... then i spawned in beluslan xD

Well as I said the skill is currently bugged and the buff stays on even after the pet is dead also it's SUPPOSED to be disabled which is why this is very confusing...

 

Anyway i don't rly care about this guy... If i see him again using it i'll screen and report
