Stuck at blank screen after accepting T.o.S. ingame

I finally returned to the game after buying new computer and stuff...

When I try to log in, I get the screen you need to accept the games Terms of Service.
When I click "Accept", the terms of service disappears and nothing happens.
Normally I should be able to pick the server, right?
I installed to game and the launcher correctly.
I tried re-downloading and re-installing, but it didn't fix it.
Can someone help me out?

What client version are you using?

 

I am using version 2.1.0.1. How can I downgrade the game?

 

Use the guide in my signature and downgrade to 2.0.0.5

Although it is weird it was patched to 2.1.0.1, because I alreay had automatic updates turned off.
